• Ride With Driver is not an agent, employer, or partner of any service provider or traveler.

• All terms of service—including pricing, timing, and safety—are negotiated directly between travelers and service providers.

Liability Disclaimer

Ride With Driver disclaims all liability arising from:

• Service quality, punctuality, safety, or vehicle condition during any trip arranged via the platform.
• Disputes, cancellations, delays, losses, damages, or accidents resulting from services rendered by third-party providers.

User Responsibility

Jurisdiction

This Legal Notice shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delhi, India. Any disputes arising from or related to use of the platform shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
